When we have a branding question, we turn to expert designer Dimitra. Originally from Greece, she moved to the UK to concentrate on her master’s degree. She has now built up an impressive client base for her design work. It might not be as sunny as it is in Greece, but she does get to be official recipe taster for Gil’s cooking – often overdosing on indulgent tiramisu!
